Our Story
Building the American Dream: The Story Behind 3C LLC
In 2004, Adalberto Sandoval founded 3C LLC with a singular purpose: to build his American Dream and create a lasting foundation for his family.
Years earlier, Adalberto departed from his family in El Salvador in search of a better future. Arriving in the United States at just 14 years old knowing only two words—coffee and milk—he stepped into the country with nothing but a fierce determination to make something of himself.
He began working in the commercial cleaning and maintenance industry at an early age. From leading field crews and understanding every operational detail of the trade, Adalberto gained a deep, firsthand knowledge of what it takes to run exceptional building operations. After years in the field, he made the bold decision to step out on his own and launch 3C LLC.
Adalberto didn't just take a risk on starting a business; he took a risk driven by family. As a man who deeply values what it means to provide stability, security, and a future for loved ones, he built 3C LLC on principles of hard work, moral integrity, and deep personal accountability.

Building the Foundation: The Story of Korina
3C LLC would not be where it is today without Korina. When the company was founded, she began building it alongside Adalberto at just 17 years old—balancing high school commitments with the heavy lifting of establishing a business from scratch.
Korina approaches every challenge with a fierce, "I can do it all" mindset. For her, no task is impossible; when she sets a goal, she sees it through to the end with absolute determination. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in criminology, she chose to continue working side by side with Adalberto, pouring her energy into growing and shaping the company into what it is today—all while choosing to give back to her community by working with at-risk youth.
From her early days as a teenager helping lay the groundwork to her ongoing leadership, Korina’s grit, compassion, and hard work are woven into every part of 3C LLC. The company's success is a direct reflection of her dedication, making her an indispensable pillar of its history and its future.
